From this screen you can create a request for reimbursement, to do so you will need to select the school, then enter the description, purpose and amount.  Next you can enter the notes and mailing address for the reimbursement.  If you have a receipt for the purchase you can upload a copy of that receipt by clicking the browse button under the receipt upload.  When you have everything entered you can click the submit reimbursement request and the app will then assign the reimbursement number.  To print a copy of the request, you will need to click the print request button and it will export the request to pdf format that you can print or save for your records.
